PROGRAMS OFFERED AT MURRAY IRISH DANCE ACADEMY

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

NEW PROGRAM!!! PILATES/ YOGA.... This class will give you a Pilates workout followed by a wonderful series of YOGA stretches and poses. (40 minutes PILATES/ 20 minutes YOGA)

LADIES BOOT CAMP FOR THE MIND AND BODY....This class will enhance your Pilates workout with Free Weights, pilates rings and balls to add challenge. It will take your Pilates Mat workout to a New Level.

PURE PILATES....This is a one hour mat class with all the Fundamentals and Principles combined to give your whole body a workout from the inside out. Standing postures will also be included.

BODY MAKEOVER.....This class gives you a Strength Training segment with Free Weights and Ankle Weights followed by Pilates mat work and ends with a Yoga cool-down.

DANCERCIZE.....This class uses inspiring music from all genres including: Soul, Country, Rock 'N Roll and Broadway to get you moving with simple dance steps. Also includes Free Weights and Resistance rings.
